About Us
How It Started
Nara Health was founded by Abhishek — a Pharmacist, Certified Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor with a deeply personal understanding of recovery and resilience.
In 2009, a life-altering accident left him bed-ridden for months and wheelchair-bound for four years.
What followed was not just rehabilitation — but a transformation.
By combining modern medicine, ancient yogic wisdom, and intentional lifestyle changes, Abhishek made a full recovery. Today, he walks, runs, and plays basketball — something once thought impossible.
That journey reshaped his understanding of healing — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Nara Health was born from this lived experience, professional training, and a genuine desire to help others heal naturally, safely, and sustainably.

Does integrative health actually work, or is it just holistic advice?
Integrative health works by addressing how your body functions day to day, not just isolated symptoms. By improving movement, recovery, nutrition, stress response, and habits, many people experience meaningful improvements in pain, energy, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.
At Nara Health, our approach is evidence-informed, practical, and grounded in medical understanding — not trends or vague wellness advice.
Is integrative health safe if I have an existing medical condition?
Yes. Integrative health is designed to work alongside existing medical care, not replace it.
All recommendations are personalised, conservative, and adapted to your health history. We encourage open communication with your GP or specialist and adjust plans to ensure safety, comfort, and confidence at every stage.
How is this different from a wellness coach or fitness trainer?
Nara Health goes beyond generic coaching or exercise plans.
Our work is informed by medical knowledge, pharmacology, recovery science, and integrative health principles. We focus on why something is happening in your body and how to support it safely — not just what to do.
This makes our care particularly suited to people dealing with pain, fatigue, stress, or recovery challenges.
Is integrative health a long-term commitment?
Not necessarily.
Some people work with us for a few months to reset habits and recover balance. Others choose ongoing support to maintain progress and prevent setbacks.
Our goal is to help you become more independent and confident in managing your health, not reliant on ongoing sessions.
What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has helped?
Many people come to us after trying multiple approaches with little success.
Integrative care often helps by connecting the dots — identifying overlooked factors such as nervous system stress, recovery patterns, lifestyle load, or movement compensation that quietly limit healing.
There’s no pressure or promises — just a structured, supportive process to explore what your body may still need.
